KFC: Contactless drive thru, take away and all new Curbside collection – a few more ways to get your favourite fried chicken!
Over 900 KFC restaurants are reopened, reuniting South Africans with their favourite fried chicken in the safest way possible. After a few weeks of delivery only, our contactless drive thru and take away service has reopened on 1 June 2020. We are also extremely excited to announce that during the month of June we are piloting an all new, carefully managed Curbside collection service in over 100 restaurants, with the intention to expand this service rapidly.

I am thrilled to say that we are ready and geared up to safely serve you and your family your favourite KFC meal, via contactless drive thru, take away and Curbside collection. This will no doubt bring joy to many South Africans across the country.”
As always, the wellbeing of our teams, partners and customers remains our highest priority. In addition to our regular stringent hygiene standards that our restaurant teams already follow, we have implemented increased safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Curbside collection
We also want to ensure we offer our guests new ways to order and enjoy KFC. That is why we are piloting KFC Curbside collection. What is the all new KFC Curbside collection? It’s a super simple way to order KFC online and have it brought to your car. Simply download the KFC App and select your preferred restaurant based on your location, select Curbside collection and place your order. Confirm your car details, make payment and you are ready to go. Finally, drive to your selected KFC restaurant, choose the allocated Curbside parking bay, check-in on the App and a KFC team member will deliver your order to your car – safely and conveniently.
Finally, we believe in serving only the best fresh ingredients. Thus, from the 1st – 8th June, we will be offering a limited menu. This will include many fan favourites including our world-famous buckets, Zinger wings and Streetwise classic. We promise that our full menu is just around the corner.
