A graffiti vandal has targeted Johannesburg, emblazoning billboards and city landmarks with crazed laughter. The words “HA HA HA” appeared overnight, with reports of sightings coming in from several locations as far afield as Fourways, Bryanston, Midrand, Rosebank and Hyde Park.
The graffiti has prompted many people to wonder: Who is the mysterious vandal? What’s the big joke? And will he (or she) have the last laugh? Speculation is rife, but does anyone actually know who is behind this act of mass vandalism?
