· Copious quantities of R&D
· One identified market gap
· One market need
· A dedicated wife (a partner may be used, but dedication is an absolute requirement)
· Correct tools
· Industry experience
· Geographic intuition
· Reliable suppliers
· Appropriate premises
· Tons of exceptional service
2. Method
· Mix carefully together including substantial quantities of comprehensive service offerings and sprinkle with innovation.
· Bake slowly – there is no exact prescribed time, but be careful not to overcook.
· The process should be monitored every step of the way.
· Fine adjustments may be necessary.
3. Specifications
· If chef is satisfied cut per individual requests.
· Serve specific quantities as ordered.
· Caution: ensure final product is adaptable.
This is the successful recipe developed and used by Anderson for more than a decade. It has stood him in good stead over many years and has led to Clip-Tite’s most recent and largest Edge Lite promotional display ever: the Peermont Group’s Coronet Club promotion at Caesar’s Palace and Graceland.
